Following the government announcements, we remain committed to respecting the directives and recommendations of the public authorities in force with regard to the fight against COVID-19.
Our hotels remain open and are adapting their opening hours. To find out the opening hours of the hotels, please visit the website of the hotel you are interested in.
Our aim is to make your stay pleasant while respecting the new sanitary measures.
Is a health pass required in our hotels?
In accordance with the latest government guidelines, a health pass is not required to enter your room or our breakfast room.
However, you will be asked for it if you wish to have a drink or enjoy a meal in our lounge or on the outdoor terrace.
The catering offer:
Offered in the form of jars to take away and enjoy in your room, in the breakfast room (within the capacity indicated) or on the terrace.
If the food is hot, it will be heated up by a member of the team, wearing a mask.
If it is a hot meal, it will be brought to the right temperature by a member of the team, with a mask to be removed in the breakfast room.

Respect the ACE HOTEL health protocol.
Respect the directives and recommendations of the public authorities in force concerning the fight against COVID-19.
Use hydro-alcoholic gel before each contact with objects intended for you.
Wash your hands with soap regularly.
Stand back if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
Respect barrier gestures and physical distancing.
Wear masks, single-use or washable gloves.
Use virucidal products.

Before entering the hotel, wash your hands with the hydro-alcoholic gel available in the entrance hall.
Wear a mask on arrival and in all common areas.
Be in possession of a Health Pass valid from 09/08/2021 for anyone over 18 years of age wishing to have a drink or enjoy a meal in our hall, our lounges or on the outdoor terrace.
Respect all the instructions in place in the hotel.
Respect the physical distance in force.
Open the window when leaving the room.
Leave your room card in the box provided for this purpose on departure.
Pay by credit card and send the bill by e-mail.
Only one person in the lift.
Our services in reception and common areas:
Provision of hydroalcoholic gels in the common areas.
Installation of Plexiglas in reception to ensure an effective barrier.
Reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection procedures on points of contact: door handles, switches, lift buttons, door pushers, stair railings, reception desk, etc. 5 times a day.
Systematic disinfection of room access cards.
Installation of distancing signs and COVID-19 information.
Complete cleaning/disinfection of the entire room, bathroom and WC with virucidal products.
For a stay of more than one night, the room will only be cleaned at the request of the guest.
A set of clean linen is available every day, on request.
Between each guest, a systematic change of all the linen and hospitality products provided, including unused items.
Each cleaned room will be checked by a member of our team. A certificate of verification by name will be left on the room's desk.
